The Winfield proudly boasts of its glorious Ballrooms, authentically reminiscent of its grandeur from the 1930’s and 1940’s. This sumptuous setting features soaring ceilings, a 3000 sq ft mosaic floor in its entryway and gold leaf trim along the walls and ceilings. Step back in time when royal dining and entertaining, grand entrances and lavish galas were commonplace in this restored palace.

The ballrooms have one of the most luxurious settings in New Jersey. The palatial Grand Ballroom, with its many chandeliers, can hold up to 2000 guests. The majestic Emerald Room is a great setting for a wedding ceremony or affair for up to 500 guests. The Winfield Ballrooms’ experienced chef enables him to create an internationally eclectic cuisine for the ballrooms. He can customize any menu to appeal to the most discriminating palate including such dishes as poached salmon with a roasted garlic, grilled pineapple and cilantro sauce; roasted leg of lamb with a warm peach chutney; or basil and pistachio stuffed leg of lamb with Dubonnet sauce.
